Dean Sproles CEO Dean Sproles, age 31, is the Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board for Iverson Genetic Diagnostics, Inc. Mr. Sproles is an entrepreneur and scientist specializing in gene expression and protein sequencing. He is the innovator of the Company’s genetic diagnostic technology. An alumnus of the Citadel, Mr. Sproles graduated magna cum laude in the Honors Program earning a B.S. in Biology. Having dedicated his research to proteomics, genomics, and DNA / RNA analysis, Mr. Sproles has over ten years of laboratory experience including extensive experience managing privately funded research laboratories. Most recently Mr. Sproles served as a product development consultant at the privately funded Meridian Valley Laboratory in Renton, Washington. His most recent publications reflect his involvement in the creation and implementation of global standards in genetic research.

Christopher Dubay Entrepreneur,
Ph. D. in Medical Genetics, Consultant Mr.
Dubay's primary research interest is in complex genetic diseases
(e.g. diabetes, hypertension, etc.) and the dissection of their
genetic basis in model systems and eventually humans. He has
concentrated on the use of bioinformatic tools to aid in the scaling
up of experiments and analyses required to address the isolation of
multiple genetic loci present in complex traits. Mr. Dubay currently
directs the Oregon National Primate Research Center Genetics Resource
& Informatics Program which provides bioinformatic tools and
genetics resources to support our research on a wide variety disease
models for translational research. Mr.
Dubay holds joint appointments in the departments of Medical
Molecular Genetics and Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology
in the Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine,
where he supports research and training in bioinformatics and related
subjects. Mr. Dubay is interested in developing and evaluating
systems for clinical and research genetic analysis laboratories, such
as laboratory information systems, and translating our new biological
knowledge into clinical interventions. Mr. Dubay is a founder of
Genetic Information Management Systems, and an information management
consultant for Proteogenix Inc, as well as an Iverson Genetics board
member.

Doranne B. Satterlee (Randy) President/CEO, VanRan Communications Services, Inc. Board Member, American Red Cross Southeast Regional Chapter Doranne (Randy) B. Satterlee is President and CEO of VanRan Communications Services, Inc., an Atlanta based telecommunications sales and services company. Established in l986, VanRan Communications is a nationally certified female owned company and an Authorized Avaya Business Partner and AT&T Solutions Provider. VanRan designs, installs and maintains complex telecommunications business systems throughout the United States. An original co-founder of the company, Ms. Satterlee is responsible for developing business opportunities and managing the overall corporation with offices in Atlanta, GA and Denver, Colorado. Prior to her current role, Ms. Satterlee held various positions with AT&T in their executive management development program. Assignments included managing and developing a team of over 600 employees in multiple call center sites; national account management and client relationships for key customers; and designing, developing and managing AT&T's Southern Region internal telecommunications organization for 14 states subsequent to divestiture. Ms. Satterlee earned her BA from Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. She earned her MA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ. She has also completed numerous advanced courses in telecommunications and management development. Ms. Satterlee is actively involved in her community, starting her third year on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Chapter of the Red Cross. She is currently Chairman of Financial Development, having served as Chairman of Volunteer Services for the previous year. She has been a guest speaker at local colleges and high schools on entrepreneurship and previously served on the Telecommunications Committee for Gwinnett Technical College. Ms. Satterlee is a member of Global Executive Women and the Women's President's Organization.
