Dean Sproles
CEO
Dean Sproles founded Iverson Genetic Diagostics in 2007. Today, he serves as the company's Chairman, CEO, and President. Mr. Sproles founded Iverson Genetic Diagnostics after 16 years as a scientist and inventor focused on gene expression technologies. He has private laboratory experience in proteomics, genomics, and transcriptomics. In addition to commercial experience, Dean has worked as a researcher at the University of Virginia and at Oregon Health Sciences University. During his tenure as a researcher, he published on the creation and implementation of global standards in transcriptomic research. In addition to his work at Iverson Genetic Diagnostics, Dean serves on the Board of Directors at the Swank MS Foundation. He is also a member of the Institute for Systems Biology (ISB) Associates Network. Dean is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Citadel where he earned a BS degree from the school’s Honors Program.

Doranne (Randy) B Satterlee is President and CEO of VanRan Communication Services, Inc. and Atlanta based telecommunications sales and services company.  Established in 1986, VanRan Communications is a nationally certified female owned company and an Authorized Avaya Business Partner and AT&T Solutions Provider. VanRan Designs, installs and maintains complex telecommunications business systems throughout the United States.  An original co-founder of the company, Ms. Satterlee is responsible for developing business opportunities and managing the overall corporation with offices in Atlanta, GA and Denver, Colorado.  Prior to her current role, Ms. Satterlee held various positions with AT&T in their executive management development program.  Assignments included managing and developing a team of over 600  employees in multiple call centers sites; national account management and client relationships for key customers; and designing developing and managing AT&T's Southern Region internal telecommunications organization for 14 states subsequent to divestiture.  Ms. Satterlee earned her BA from Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. She earned her MA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ. She has also completed numerous advanced courses in telecommunications and management development. Ms. Satterlee is actively involved in her community, starting her third year on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Chapter of the Red Cross.  She is currently Chairman of Financial Development, having served as Chairman of the Volunteer Services for the previous year.  She has been a guest speaker at local colleges and high schools on entrepreneurship and previously served on the Telecommunications Committee for Gwinnett Technical College.  Ms. Satterlee is a member of Global Executive Women and the Woman's President's Organization.


Christopher Dubay
Entrepreneur, Ph. D in Medical Genetics, Consultant
Mr. Dubay's primary research interest is in complex genetics diseases (e.g. diabetes, hypertension, etc.) and the dissection of their genetic basis in model systems and eventually humans. He has concentrated on the use of bioinformatic tools to aid in the scaling up of experiments and analyses required to address the isolation of multiple genetic loci present in complex traits. Mr Dubay currently directs the Oregon National Primate Research Center Genetics Resource & Informatics Program which provides bioinformatic tools and genetics resources to support our research on a wide variety disease models for translational research. Mr. Dubay holds joint appointments in the department of Medical Molecular Genetics and Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology in the Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine, where he supports research and training in bioinformatics and related subjects.  Mr Dubay is interested in developing and evaluating systems for clinical and research genetic analysis laboratories, such as laboratory information systems, and translating our new biological knowledge into clinical interventions. Mr. Dubay  is a founder of Genetic Information Management Systems, and an information management consultant for Proteogenix Inc, as well as an Iverson Genetics board member.


Frank Ecock
Special Advisor, Tunnell Consulting, Inc.
Frank is the former Vice President, North American Operations, for Merck and Company, and brings extensive knowledge in regulatory strategy, R&D, and clinical manufacturing to the Tunnell Consulting team. With more than 30 years of experience in establishing and overseeing plants and improving manufacturing processes, Frank supports Tunnell's work in designing and implementing successful strategic planning initiatives for pharmaceutical manufacturing and operational performance. Since retiring from Merck in 1991, he has consulted with pharmaceutical firms throughout the world, negotiating supply chain agreements, providing managerial and technical assistance in strategic planning, and assisting with business development. For the past several years, he has served as Senior Vice President of MOVA Pharmaceutical, and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Genaera Corporation, a publicly-traded biopharmaceutical firm. He has brought his broad understanding of the industry to the University of Sciences in Philadelphia, formerly the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, where he has taught production management.

Robert J. Quillinan
Bob was born and raised in Albany, NY.  After graduating from The Albany Academy in 1965 Bob attended Clarkson College of Technology (now Clarkson University), receiving a BS in Accounting in 1969 and a MS in Accounting in 1971. In 1970 prior to graduate school Bob taught Accounting 1 and Business Development at SUNY, Canton ATC in Canton, NY. After graduation Bob moved with his wife to New York City as a member of the audit staff of Main LaFrentz & Co, CPA's. In 1973 he was transferred to the San Francisco office of Main LaFrentz as an Audit Manager until 1978 when Bob took the position of Director of Finance for Synertek, Inc., a subsidiary of Honeywell Corporation.  In 1980 Bob was hired as Controller of Coherent, Inc., a NASDAQ company. In 1982 Bob was promoted to Vice-President and Treasurer of Coherent and in 1983 he became the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, a position he held until 2002. During his tenure at Coherent, the company grew from $40 million to over $600 million. Bob transitioned to the position of Exec VP, Mergers and Acquisitions for his final year with Coherent.  Bob was named to the Coherent Board of Directors in 2001, a position he held until 2007. While at Coherent, Bob served a term as Treasurer of the NAOTC (National Association of Over the Counter Companies). A CPA, Bob joined the Board of Directors of Reliant Technologies, a private company, in 2005 as Audit Chair until the company was sold in December 2008.  Bob joined the board of Wright Medical Technologies, a publicly traded company in 2006 and is the current Audit Chair. An avid golfer and fiction reader, Bob and his wife, Liz, live on Kiawah Island, SC. They have two children: Meghan, Marketing Manager of Operative, Inc., an Internet Software Company, in New York City and their son RJ, who after spending two years in New Mexico working with a small investment house, attended Citadel Graduate College and received his MBA in May 2009.
